Block 42 is a high-end and modern, metropolitan condominium project. It is an urban infill revitalization development offering 42 owner occupied units that include one, two, or three bedroom town homes and flats. This residential space was developed with the vision that “green building” could be affordable, aesthetically unique, and available for environmentally conscience homeowners. To achieve this vision HSEarchitects followed the Homes Pilot Program which guided Block 42 to become Oklahoma’s first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) designed complex. Some of the LEED applications included the selection of energy efficient appliances and equipment, indoor air quality considerations, water efficiency, draught tolerant plants, and proximity to mass transit.
